These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://privatune.com and all related services, including but not limited to our private university admission preparation courses for North South University (NSU), Independent University Bangladesh (IUB), BRAC University, American International University Bangladesh (AIUB), East West University (EWU), United International University (UIU), and other leading private universities in Bangladesh (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, including enrollment in our specialized NSU Admission coaching programs, IUB admission preparation, BRAC University admission courses, and other private university admission coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.
Privatune is dedicated to helping Bangladeshi students successfully prepare for and gain admission to top private universities across Bangladesh. Our courses are designed by experienced instructors who understand the unique admission requirements, test patterns, and evaluation criteria of each private university.
By creating an account, enrolling in any course (including NSU Admission preparation, IUB admission coaching, BRAC University admission preparation, AIUB admission coaching, EWU admission preparation, or any other private university admission courses), making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, students, parents, and others who access or use the Service.
If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor student for private university admission preparation courses, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of such student and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on their behalf.
Our Services are available to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. For our private university admission preparation courses, students must have completed or be currently enrolled in HSC/A-Level or equivalent examinations. Our courses are specifically designed for students preparing for admission tests at North South University (NSU), Independent University Bangladesh (IUB), BRAC University, American International University Bangladesh (AIUB), East West University (EWU), United International University (UIU), and other private universities in Bangladesh.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features of our Services, including private university admission course materials, NSU admission test preparation resources, IUB admission practice materials, BRAC University admission study guides, and other university-specific content, you must register for an account. Enrollment in our courses, including specialized private university admission preparation programs covering NSU admission test syllabus, IUB admission requirements, BRAC University admission criteria, and other university-specific curricula, is subject to course availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our sole discretion.
Our private university admission preparation courses include comprehensive coverage of English Language Proficiency, Mathematics, Analytical Ability, and General Knowledge sections as per the official admission test syllabi of respective private universities in Bangladesh.
Our flagship NSU Admission preparation course includes comprehensive coverage of the North South University admission test pattern, previous year question analysis, mock tests simulating actual NSU admission test conditions, and personalized feedback sessions. The course covers all sections tested by NSU including English Language, Mathematics, and Analytical Ability.
We also offer specialized admission preparation courses for IUB (Independent University Bangladesh), BRAC University, AIUB (American International University Bangladesh), EWU (East West University), UIU (United International University), and other leading private universities in Bangladesh. Each course is tailored to the specific admission requirements and test patterns of the respective institution.
All prices for our private university admission preparation courses are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect already confirmed enrollments.
Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept payments through SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.
Privatune may offer bundled course packages where additional courses can be added to your primary enrollment at discounted rates. For example, students enrolling in our NSU Admission preparation course may add IUB admission preparation or BRAC University admission coaching at special bundle prices. This allows students to prepare for multiple private university admission tests simultaneously. Each bundled course will have its own added price clearly displayed at the time of enrollment.
Certain courses include free educational resources such as e-books, practice materials, previous year question banks, and hardcopy study guides. Our NSU Admission preparation course and other private university admission courses include free comprehensive study materials covering all sections of the respective admission tests. Hardcopy books and study materials will be shipped to your provided delivery address at no additional cost. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location within Bangladesh.
Students may request cancellation of enrollment within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided that no course materials have been accessed. After 24 hours or upon accessing any course materials (including NSU Admission study materials, private university admission practice tests, video lectures, or any other course content), refunds will not be issued except as required by law.
We reserve the right to cancel any course or enrollment at our discretion. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee paid. We may also reschedule courses due to instructor unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free hardcopy study materials included with courses like NSU Admission preparation and other private university admission courses are shipped within 5-7 business days after successful enrollment. Delivery times may vary based on location. Privatune is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.
All content available through our Services, including but not limited to NSU Admission course materials, IUB admission preparation content, BRAC University admission study guides, AIUB admission test preparation materials, video lectures, practice questions, mock tests, e-books, logos, trademarks, and website design, is the exclusive property of Privatune or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Bangladesh and international conventions.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. Sharing your account credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

You acknowledge and agree that Privatune shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Privatune does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIVATUNE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Privatune and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
